Terms for John Nguyen:

70% JN and 30% to Broker on all commissions

Can the transaction coordinator just be a 3rd party service used or shared by other agents and brokers?

If deal closes, broker takes “marketing” costs off top of gross commissions and then splits 70%/30%? Dead deal marketing costs on prior deals are rolled into future commissions/closings?
